My journey at Eirkoo began in August 2019! Before that, I spent four years in retail, working my way up from sales assistant to supervisor. All while juggling that, I was also pursuing my degree in Business & HR Management.
My HR background definitely comes in handy at Eirkoo, but my sales experience has also been a huge asset. It's equipped me with some great skills, like building strong relationships, multitasking like a pro, and staying super motivated.

The preparation Aisling provided for the interview was really beneficial, I received important information on the company, the role, the people interviewing me, questions for me to ask, examples of questions I may be asked and how best to answer them, examples of questions for the assessment I had to complete and how best to prepare.
