Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients facing criminal charges
- Conduct thorough case analysis, review evidence, and develop effective defence strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including bail applications, pre-trial hearings, trials, and sentencing hearings.
- Negotiate with prosecutors to secure favorable plea deals or dismissals when in the best interest of the client..
- Maintain open communication with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and providing compassionate support throughout the legal process.
- Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- Minimum of 3- 5 years PQE of experience practicing criminal defence law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
