I have spent over 12 years recruiting in the Irish, Australian, and Caribbean markets.
Beginning my recruitment career within Ireland’s financial services sector, I moved to Western Australia where I was involved in setting up and running The Andersen Partnership’s office in Perth, leaving as Director with a team of 15.

I returned to Ireland in 2015 to launch their Dublin office, growing that to 12 staff within 3 years before completing an MBO with the other founding Directors and launching Eirkoo in October 2018.
In 2021 I moved to the Caribbean to establish Cantillon; A Life Less Taxing; our offshore recruitment brand.

I specialise in the sourcing and placement of accounting professionals across Dublin and offshore financial centers.
