She brings 2.5 years of experience in pharmacy locum recruitment, combined with a background in hospitality, which has equipped her with excellent people skills and a strong service-focused approach. Academically, Isobel holds an undergraduate degree in Law and a master’s in Human Resource Management, providing her with a deep understanding of both business and talent management.

Outside of work, Isobel is a competitive powerlifter, dedicating much of her time to training and competing. Isobel’s blend of recruitment expertise, academic knowledge, and disciplined mindset makes her a valuable asset in connecting finance professionals with the right opportunities.
