After finishing my Marketing degree and some travels, I started my recruitment career in New Zealand with our sister company, The Andersen Partnership. In December 2018, I returned home to Ireland and joined Eirkoo.

I use various sourcing methods to find the best talent, including headhunting, referrals, advertising, and utilizsng our database. LinkedIn is also a key tool for staying connected and expanding my network in Dublin and Ireland.

Specializsng in transactional accounting for both permanent and temporary positions, I take pride in making great placements. In recognition of my achievements, I was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant in January 2021.
In July 2024 I was promoted to Associate Director!
