I started my recruitment career in August 2017 working in an employment agency providing high-level recruitment support.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Languages from TUD and this course has inspired me to always be professionally persistent and open-minded.
I joined Eirkoo in February 2021 and specialise in sourcing and placing accounting professionals within Practice firms in Ireland.

Very helpful, I had calls with the recruiter throughout the process and a lot of communication which made the process very seamless. I was prepped for interviews and then provided with prompt feedback.
Ian was extremely helpful, he checked up very regularly, made sure to call before interviews and go through the information with me, and with every query I had he got back to me quickly. He was great and I’m very grateful for his hard work.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Aisling Kinsella. The preparation Aisling provided for the interview was really beneficial, I received important information on the company, the role, the people interviewing me, questions for me to ask, examples of questions I may be asked and how best to answer them, examples of questions for the assessment I had to complete and how best to prepare. I subsequently felt confident going into the assessment and interview which ultimately allowed me to succeed and obtain an offer.
