Nikki began her career in recruitment with Eirkoo in August 2019. Prior to this, she worked in retail for 4 years as a sales assistant as well as a supervisor, while studying for her Business & HR Management degree. Not only has her degree in Human Resources played a part in her performance at Eirkoo, but with that her experience in sales has tasked her with many skills such as excellent relationship-building skills, multitasking skills, and motivation.
