Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of one year of experience to join their thriving team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of litigation matters, representing the clients with dedication and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to civil, commercial, and employment cases.
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents.
- Advising clients on legal matters and providing strategic guidance.
- Representing clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Collaborating with senior solicitors and partners on complex cases.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Admitted to the Law Society of Ireland.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
