This is a key management role within the business where you will be overseeing sales staff and the sales operations.
Key Duties;
- Lead, train and coach a team of sales advisors
- Recruit where necessary and take part in management meetings, and strategy implications for the business
- Monitor team targets and carry out reviews with sales staff
- Ensure all files are in compliance with policies and procedures
- Must be QFA Qualified
- Strong life and pension knowledge
- At least 3-5 years experience in a financial advisory role within a brokerage firm
- Previous Sales Management experience in a brokerage firm
- Experience with Cash Calc system is desirable
- A proven track record of meeting time targets
- Strong sales person and leadership skills
- Target driven and ability to motivate others
