Responsibilities:
· To provide efficient, professional administration and customer service
· To ensure accurate management of Client Database
· To identify areas where the sales and admin processes can be improved
· Monitors key performance areas
· Ensuring client files are in compliance with policies and procedures
· Tracking of new business pipeline ensuring efficient delivery
The Candidate;
· Good technical knowledge of Life and Pension products
· Professional approach
· Good ethics
· Self motivated
· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in MS Office applications - Outlook, Word, Excel.
· Experience with a CRM system
· Appropriate Industry Qualification
