Accounts Assistant - 3 Days WFH Work for a a well-established and rapidly growing business in the cleaning industry. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Manager and will primarily focus on managing the sales/billing and accounts receivable processing function of the company, a crucial aspect of our business operations.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Processing purchase orders from customers
  • Invoicing customers on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Setting up new customers in the accounting system
  • Collaborating with Accounts Receivable staff to ensure accurate allocation of customer receipts
  • Managing the accounts receivable Inbox for customer communication
  • Conducting credit control activities to follow up on overdue debts
  • Communicating with customer representatives to address commercial and financial queries

Ideal candidate qualifications include:
  • IATI part or fully qualified
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Previous experience with accounting software preferred (training will be provided)
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in billing systems and invoicing
