Accounts Assistant
Accounts Assistant - 3 days WFH
Join a dynamic, long established, and family oriented international service company headquartered in Dublin. You will be part of a friendly team, reporting to the Finance Director and Financial Controller. The company is experiencing significant growth and expansion in Europe, offering a prime opportunity to contribute to their evolving Finance Function.
Responsibilities: - Review and process customer purchase orders
- Set up new customer profiles in the accounting system
- Handle customer invoicing on a weekly and monthly basis
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable staff to ensure accurate allocation of customer payments
- Communicate with customer representatives to resolve financial and commercial queries, and manage the accounts receivable inbox for customer communications
- Conduct credit control activities, including following up on overdue payments
Requirements:
- Strong numeracy skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software (training will be provided if needed)
- Prior experience with billing systems and customer invoicing
- IATI qualification, either partial or complete
Salary and Benefits:
