The Role As Accounts Payable Coordinator based in Shannon, Co. Clare, you will:
- Process and validate vendor invoices and credit notes
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Enter financial data into the ERP system accurately
- Manage the AP inbox and respond to supplier queries
- Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reporting tasks
About You The ideal candidate will have:
- An Accounting Technician (ATI) qualification or equivalent
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable or finance
- Strong ERP and Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and under pressure
