The Role
As Accounts Payable Coordinator based in Shannon, Co. Clare, you will:
  • Process and validate vendor invoices and credit notes
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Enter financial data into the ERP system accurately
  • Manage the AP inbox and respond to supplier queries
  • Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reporting tasks
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
  • An Accounting Technician (ATI) qualification or equivalent
  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable or finance
  • Strong ERP and Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure
