Branch - Team Leader
Our client, a leading Credit Union based in Dublin City Centre, are looking to add a Team Leader to their growing team.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a can do attitude and an ability to manage a team to achieve their daily goals.
Our client are looking for a candidate who is QFA'd or progressing towards this qualification and have at least 2 years experience in Financial Services.The Role; - Oversee daily activities of your team
- Understand the importance of KPIs and complete required reporting to the Operations Manager
- Analyse, implement & continually improve best practice processes, and come up with suggestions to meet and improve KPIs
- Provide daily leadership to the team to meet & exceed business targets and
- customer service
- Respond to issues in a quick, effective & courteous manner and take appropriate
- action.
- Answer customer queries and ensure that they on to the appropriate person in a timely and efficient manner
- Deal with any customer escalations efficiently and courteously
- Managing and maintaining customer records accurately within the system
