An Accounting and Tax advisory firm based in Dublin City Centre. This client has a growing portfolio on SME's that they provide, accounting, financial and tax services for.

The Role

Due to continued growth in the firm they are seeking a client manager to support the growing client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Client Relationship Management: Serving as the main point of contact, ensuring client requirements are met, and maintaining high standards of service.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Cash Flow & Budgeting: Managing cash flow, developing budgets, and providing forecasting to support business growth.
• Strategic Advice: Assisting clients with fundraising (equity/debt), tax planning, and strategic decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Managing internal teams, mentoring junior accountants, and ensuring timely project delivery. 

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with 5 years PQE
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• You must be a self starter and an ambitious accountant
• Excellent IT Acumen
• Must have strong communication skills
• You will have a high attention to detail
