Client Services Executive
The Client Services Executive will work within a busy broking team, primarily responsible for servicing small to medium commercial clients. Additionally, the role involves providing support services to Account Directors on larger commercial/corporate accounts.
Responsibilities: - Provide advice to existing and prospective clients.
- Process renewals and mid-term alterations for clients.
- Deliver client services with the highest professional standards.
- Identify, acquire, and cultivate new client relationships.
- Maintain proactive and positive relationship management through regular contact and follow-up.
- Manage workflow effectively and plan activities proactively.
Experience & Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Minimum of five years' experience in commercial broking, demonstrating strong technical/product knowledge.
- Meet the requirements of the Central Bank of Ireland, including a minimum CIP qualification and adherence to Fitness & Probity standards.
- Computer literate, with experience working on Relay being advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external.
- Commitment to professional development, with success in CII examinations considered a distinct advantage.
- Committed to assisting in the development of colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to and embrace change.
- Great attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
