Commercial Litigation Solicitor Are you an experienced solicitor with experience in commercial litigation? We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our clients esteemed team in Dublin City Centre. 

The Role: As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in handling a wide range of complex commercial disputes. From contractual disputes to corporate litigation, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging cases that demand strategic thinking and legal expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting legal research and analysis.
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
  • Providing strategic advice and counsel to clients on commercial litigation matters.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and experts to develop effective case strategies.
  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE 
  • Experience in similar position and area of commercial litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish commercial law and court procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
