This is an ideal role for a senior solicitor with over 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing, looking to take the next step in their career and lead a successful team within a well-established and dynamic firm.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a diverse range of residential and commercial property transactions.
- Lead and mentor a team of solicitors, providing guidance and support to junior members.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality legal advice and service.
- Play a key role in the growth and development of the conveyancing department.
- Handle complex legal issues relating to property law, including sales, purchases, leases, and development matters.
Requirements: - 5+ years PQE in conveyancing or property law.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of solicitors.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to handle complex legal matters.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider firm goals.
