Finance Director
A prominent organization headquartered in North Dublin is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to join its senior leadership team. This is a key position with responsibility for overseeing the finance function across the entire group, spanning operations in both Ireland and the UK.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a commercial mindset, and a hands-on approach to driving financial performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the finance function across the group.
- Manage the preparation of accurate and timely management accounts and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and support to finance teams based in Ireland and the UK.
- Drive the implementation of an ERP system across the business.
- Oversee the statutory audit process and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
- Establish and maintain efficient financial processes and internal controls.
Key Requirements: - Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA) with a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen with the ability to contribute to broader business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with ERP system implementation is advantageous.
