  • Ensure the integrity and management of accounting data in the company's ERP system.
  • Produce the monthly financial accounts for the group.
  • Conduct intercompany reconciliations, consolidated accounts, revenue cut-offs, sales & COGS reconciliations, deferrals & amortisation, and analyze the Balance Sheet and P&L.
  • Contribute to monthly internal reporting requirements, including monthly flash dashboards and budget/actual/forecast reviews.
  • Prepare the Statutory Accounts and annual Corporation Tax computations.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors for year-end audits.
  • Play a key role in the preparation and compilation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist in the preparation and calculation of R&D Tax credits and grant applications.
  • Support the reporting of all relevant information and KPIs for the firm's Key Performance Management.
  • Oversee and manage VAT returns.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree at the third level (achieving a 2.1 or higher), preferably in Business or a related field.
  • Experience working within a team in a diverse environment.
  • Essential experience in consolidation and exposure to US accounts.
  • Leadership experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with NetSuite ERP is highly desirable.
  • Strong operational knowledge of accounting best practices and their implementation for Irish/UK GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Excellent numerical, reporting, data analysis, and interpretation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Capable of planning, prioritising, and delivering tasks in alignment with agreed-upon timelines.
  • Skilful in generating creative and innovative solutions, aiming for enhancements through automation.
