Financial Administrator A leading Financial Institution, based in the heart of Dublin City, are looking for candidates with strong social and people skills, coupled with a positive can-do attitude.

This is an excellent opportunity to kick start or further your career in Financial Services.

This is a 1 year FTC with opportunities to move into a permanent role. 
The Role;
  • Dealing with members face to face
  • Advising customers on their finance queries or referring them to a senior member of staff
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with staff & customers
  • Always providing an excellent level of customer service at all times
  • Back office administrative duties
  • Answering phone calls and emails
About You;
  • Experience working in the financial services industry is preferred
  • Motivated to begin a career in financial services
  • APA qualification or working towards the QFA is beneficial
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A positive working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexible approach to work and a team player
  • Up to €30,000 p/a
  • Up to 25 days Annual Leave
