My client, a leading organisation in the heart of Munster, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated finance team and drive financial reporting and control processes.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and manage cash flow and working capital to support operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial insight to senior leadership, supporting planning, investment, and growth initiatives.
- Lead and develop the finance team, promoting continuous improvement and high performance.
- Drive enhancements in financial systems, automation, and data integrity, including ERP optimisation.
Ideal Candidate: - At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance, with 3+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Background in manufacturing-related sectors such as biotech, pharma, dairy, or brewing is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cost accounting, grant funding mechanisms, and export-oriented business models is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits - €70,000 - €90,000
