Head of Finance & Operations
Our client, a Successful & Growing Financial Planning firm are seeking to hire a strong Financial Operations professional for their team in Dublin.
This person will work directly with the CEO and lead the financial performance, operations and strategic direction of the firm.

Responsibilities - Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support long-term growth and decision-making.
- Deliver financial insights, performance analysis, and KPI tracking to guide leadership decisions.
- Drive business performance through cost management, financial optimisation, and risk management.
- Oversee accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance, strong governance, and effective controls.
- Manage relationships with external advisors and enhance financial systems and processes.
- Oversee operational functions, improving workflows, efficiency, and overall service delivery.
- Provide leadership, support strategic initiatives, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
About you To be successful in this process, you meet the following criteria:
- Be an ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant with 5 years PQE in industry
- Previous experience at manager level in Financial or Professional services would be an advantage
- A strong communicator with strong stakeholder management experience
- Previous experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting is essential
- A team leader with proven experience leading and developing high performing teams
Renumeration - Sal: €110,000 to €130,000 DOE
