Head of Financial Planning
We are hiring for a Head of Financial Planning to join our client, a Reputable Life & Pension Brokerage Firm based in Dublin City Centre

Key Duties;
- Lead and manage a team of financial planners / advisors
- Monitor team targets and peformance, and carry out reviews where necessary
- Participate in management meetings and strategy implications for the business
- Recruit and train new staff where required
- Ensure all files are in compliance with policies and procedures
Ideal Profile;
- Must hold the CFP Qualification
- At least 5 years experience in a financial sales / planning role
- Broker experienced is preferred
- Experience leading a team within the financial services industry
- Strong sales person and leadership skills
- Target driven and ability to motivate self and others
