Key Responsibilities:

  5. Claims Management:
    • Manage claims from start to finish, ensuring that they are investigated and resolved efficiently in line with policy terms.
  6. Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure insurance needs are met.
    • Act as a point of escalation for critical claims with financial or reputational risk.
  7. Third-Party Insurance Compliance:

Key Requirements:
  1. Experience & Qualifications:
    • Experience in corporate insurance, particularly in areas like construction, renewable energy, or engineering.
    • A relevant third-level qualification in Business, Insurance, or related fields.
    • ACII Qualification (Chartered Insurance Risk Manager/Practitioner) is highly desirable.
  2. Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of corporate insurance across various classes.
    • Familiarity with insurance markets and emerging products.
    • Expertise in managing risk across multiple jurisdictions.
  3. Industry Knowledge:
    • Previous experience in the renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on construction and engineering insurance, would be a distinct advantage.
