Management Accountant
A privately owned construction company based in Dublin is looking to grow out their finance team. Reporting directly into the head of finance, the successful candidate will be given excellent exposure to the finance operation on a number of large construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Budgeting – Preparing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Cost Analysis & Control – Monitoring costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving efficiency in business operations.
- Performance Evaluation – Analysing financial data, preparing reports, and assessing business performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Risk Management – Identifying financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate them, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Decision Support – Providing management with data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Internal Controls & Compliance – Ensuring adherence to accounting policies, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA)
- Ideally an accountant with 2-4 years PQE in industry
- Construction experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong team player that can also work on your own initiative
Remuneration
- Sal: €60,000 to €70,000 plus benefits
- Hybrid policy upon completion of probation
