Mortgage Administrator A leading Irish Mortgage Brokerage firm is looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator as they grow their head account. 

This is a great opportunity for a part qualified mortgage administrator to progress their career in mortgage lending.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validating customer information via checklists during the application process
  • Assisting customers with the underwriting process
  • Managing queries from clients and lenders via email and phone.
  • Advise customers on the benefits associated with various mortgage offerings
  • Ensure all customer information is updated whilst following GDPR guidelines
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for the company
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years previous experience in a mortgage administrator role within a brokerage firm
  • Proficient in MS office systems
  • Must be APA in loans and working towards QFA
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skill
  • Ability to work to your own initiative with good attention to detail
