Mortgage Administrator
A leading Irish Mortgage Brokerage firm is looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator as they grow their head account.
This is a great opportunity for a part qualified mortgage administrator to progress their career in mortgage lending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validating customer information via checklists during the application process
- Assisting customers with the underwriting process
- Managing queries from clients and lenders via email and phone.
- Advise customers on the benefits associated with various mortgage offerings
- Ensure all customer information is updated whilst following GDPR guidelines
- Acting as a brand ambassador for the company
Requirements:
- 1-2 years previous experience in a mortgage administrator role within a brokerage firm
- Proficient in MS office systems
- Must be APA in loans and working towards QFA
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skill
- Ability to work to your own initiative with good attention to detail
