Office Administratior Main Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the operations team and our service managers to ensure the smooth operation of the administrative function within the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
    • Ensuring calendars for various schemes are correct and updated as necessary.
    • Ensuring parent agreements and fee letters for the various schemes are correct and updated as necessary.
    • Ensuring GDPR compliance at all times.
    • Maintain confidentiality at all times
    • Maintain professionalism at all times.
    • Undertake trainings and inductions as required
    • Maintaining Core Funding application & service profiles.
    • Liaising with service managers to ensure they are aware of scheme compliance requirements and are prepared for Pobal compliance inspections.
    • Creating new forms as required e.g., accident/incident, medication, risk assessments.
    • Updating existing forms as required and in line with any policy changes
Experience & Knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative position.
  • Knowledge of & school-age funding programmes
  • Previous experience of working in administrative function within the childcare sector is beneficial but not essential.
Competencies:
  • Ability to work independently and co-operatively in a team environment, with an innovative, supportive, and flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders, internal and external.
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex workloads.
  • Proficient with email and MS products, including powerpoint, excel and word.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
