About Eirkoo: Eirkoo was launched in October 2018 by Co-Founders Niall Hamill, Darragh Everard, and John Mansell after the 3 completed a Management Buy-out of The Andersen Partnership’s Dublin office which comprised of leading specialists brands Walker Andersen and Stirling Andersen.
With over 30 years of local and international recruitment experience, Eirkoo specializes in sourcing professionals across the fields of Accountancy, Finance, Insurance, Compliance, and Wealth Management, with specialist Consultants in each field. Eirkoo’s aim is to represent the best candidates and clients in the Irish market as well as drawing on our international network to assist in repatriating expats.
The Role: This is a 360 recruitment role in which you will be given extensive training and guidance in. The role will require you to cold call, develop your own brand / network, meet with clients and candidates on occasion, head-hunt, screen candidates and manage relationships with both clients and candidates.

Ideal Candidate: - A background in sales or customer service is required for this role
- Previous experience in recruitment is a bonus but not essential
- A third level degree is desirable
- Strong communicator and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude to every day duties
- Proficient in MS Office
- Target driven and goal orientated
- Ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team
