Senior Financial Accountant
My client operates in the FMCG and retail sector. Due to continued growth they are looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. This person will report directly into the Finance Manager and will be part of fast moving international finance function.
The Role - Work closely with the finance manager to ensure month and quarter end reporting are completed on a timely basis
- Be across P&L, Balance sheet and cash reconciliation for the group
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Liaise with internal and external partied for audit purposes
- Always look for ways to improve the financial reporting process and ERP systems
- Preparation of accounts for budget and forecasting purposes
- Ad-hoc duties when and where required by senior management
About You
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA) with 3+ years PQE
- Strong communicator with the ability communicate with senior stakeholders and senior management
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in a commercial environment would be an advantageous
- Team player who also has the ability to work off their own accord
