Senior Pension Administrator Our client, an Independant Retirement Planning firm are growing their head-count and with that are seeking an experienced Pension Administrator.

This is a busy, fast-paced role that requires high attention to detail and good techincal knowledge within pensions.

Key Duties:
  • Day to day pension administration for scheme members
  • Looking after renewals, financial transactions, issuing of benefit statements, new member packs leaver option statements and preparation of trustee annual reports.
  • Key point of contact within the team, communicating with members, business partners and internal customers in a timely, professional and pro-active manner
  • Ensure membership data is up-to-date and accurate 
  • Work with the Dept Head and Business Development team to support business development initiatives
  • Meet agreed service standards and internal procedure guidelines
  • Attend client meetings as required
  • Create, maintain and update records on the scheme database
  • Provide back-up support on scheme and other work priorities across the team
  • At least 3 years experience working in a pension administrative role 
  • Strong knowledge within pensions and understanding of irish pension legislation
  • QFA qualified
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with others and independantly 
  • Good communication and time management skills
