- Develop and implement holistic social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage content calendars to ensure consistent, timely engagement across all platforms.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance brand visibility both online and offline.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and leadership teams to plan and deliver cohesive, on-brand content strategies.
- Track and report on key social metrics using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and native platform tools.
- Leverage CRM and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes
About You
- Strong experience using Social Media ads and channels
- Strong experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience using Photoshop, Cavan. Adobe pro would be a plus
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in Financial services or insurance would be an advantage
