Tax Senior Manager / Director to join their team. This is a well-rounded tax position offering strong autonomy, exposure to a diverse client base, and a clear path for progression.
The Role:You’ll work across a range of tax matters, supporting both corporate and individual clients. The role combines compliance oversight with value-add advisory work, in a collaborative environment that values initiative and client focus.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage a varied portfolio of clients across sectors
- Review tax computations and filings to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Advise on a range of tax issues including structuring, planning, and compliance
- Lead client meetings and build trusted relationships
- Supervise junior team members and support their development
- Stay up to date on tax legislation and industry developments
- Be proactive in developing business opportunities
- Instigate, develop and manage key client relationships with existing client portfolio
About You: - CTA-qualified, with ACA/ACCA or similar professional qualification
- A practice trained tax advisor
- Minimum of 3+ years in a senior positions withing Tax or Industry
- Strong understanding of Irish tax compliance and advisory work
- Comfortable managing client relationships and providing practical solutions
- Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
- You must have the ability to build and grow a team around you
