Trainee Accountant
This is an entry-level role is with an Irish accounting firm based in Dublin. With an impressive track record of fostering talent from within, they are now in a position to take on further two trainees to their team. This organisation offer a suite of accounting services to a broad client base. Their leadership is extremely tenured and well connected within the market and are in a position to boast a very loyal group of clients. You will receive first class mentorship as well as study support, both financially and in terms of leave.
This main duties in this role will be: - Audit work for high profile clients
- Preparation of tax returns
- Assistance with audit procedures
- Assisting with account preparation
- Cash management
- Advisory work
- Client liaison
- Ad hoc work as required by management
The successful candidate for this role must have: - A minimum of 400 points in the Leaving Certificate (essential)
- 2.1 Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- A strong aptitude for figures
- A strong focus on customer service
- Desire to complete ACA/ACCA exams and commit to a 3/3.5 year training contract
- The ability to gain 1 very strong reference
