Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement robust transfer pricing policies in alignment with global regulatory standards.
- Oversee the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Conduct transfer pricing risk assessments and support audits or inquiries from tax authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to align transfer pricing strategies with broader business objectives.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding transfer pricing planning opportunities.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization’s transfer pricing strategies.
- Drive process improvements and ensure efficient management of transfer pricing operations.
Qualifications and Experience: - A degree in Finance, Economics, Taxation, or a related field; a professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CTA) is highly advantageous.
- Extensive experience in transfer pricing, gained in either a professional services firm or a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS, and global transfer pricing regulations.
- Proven ability to manage transfer pricing projects across multiple jurisdictions.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
