Transfer Pricing Senior

Transfer Pricing Senior My client, an established and market leading firm, is looking for an ambitious Transfer Pricing Senior to join their TP team. This role offers the chance to join a growing Transfer Pricing function where the successful candidates will drive strategic initiative, ensure compliance with international tax regulations and make a meaning impact within a dynamic and collaborative team environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and implementation robust transfer pricing policies in alignment with global regulatory standards.
• Draft and review of transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Provide support during tax authority reviews and inquiries related to intercompany pricing matters.
• Monitor, interpret, and apply evolving international and local regulatory developments, including OECD and other relevant guidance on cross-border tax compliance
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—spanning tax, finance, legal, and operations.
• Oversee and review deliverables prepared by junior team members. Providing feedback and offering support when needed. 
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and administrative processes to ensure high-quality and timely completion of client engagements
• Support business development through contribution to proposals, client presentations, and strategic growth initiatives for the practice

  
Qualifications and Experience:

• Ideally a minimum of 2 years Transfer Pricing experience in a professional services firm
• You would need to have a strong understanding of OECD guideline, BEPS framework and TP guidelines
• You will have a high attention to detail with strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong communicator with the ability to communicate effectively across all areas of the business.
